After the raft of announcements that Tim has made recently around our incredible developer mentors, I am delighted to add to this Kate Yarbo, who joins us (or we are announcing as joining us), to support in our approach to education, as well as mental health in the workplace.
I completed my MBA alongside Kate, and she is also a director of the Akcela Incuabtor. Kate's longstanding history within the education sector offers us key insights in ensuring that we strive for excellence in our outcomes. Kate's early career was as a registered mental health nurse, an area she continues to keep up to date on. This expertise and insight is pivotal in ensuring we continue to keep support structures and coping mechanisms in place, for the wellbeing of our junior developers.

James has experience in supporting start-up and scale up companies such as Readingmate, Gorilla Juice and Harvest London. James completed his MBA at the University of East Anglia in 2018.
