Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you, such as setting your cookie consent preferences or filling in forms. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting and reporting information. All information these cookies collect is aggregated unless you have given consent. We use:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Collects data about site usage, pages visited, time on site, and user behaviour. GA4 uses first-party cookies including
_gaand_ga_*to distinguish unique users and sessions. These cookies expire after 2 years and 24 hours respectively. GA4 data is processed by Google. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Marketing Cookies
These cookies are used to deliver advertisements more relevant to you and your interests. They also help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. With your consent, we use the following marketing and remarketing services:
- Google Ads — We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to previous visitors. Google Ads may set cookies such as

Tag Management and Server-Side Processing
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage the analytics and marketing tags described above. GTM itself does not set cookies or collect personal data. It acts as a container that loads other tags based on rules we define.
Some of our analytics data is processed through a server-side Google Tag Manager container. This means that certain data is sent from our server to the analytics and advertising platforms rather than directly from your browser. Server-side tagging can improve page performance and gives us more control over what data is shared with third parties.
CRM and Marketing Automation
We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. When you submit a form on our website (for example, an enquiry or application form), your information is stored in HubSpot. HubSpot may set a tracking cookie (__hs_cookie_cat_pref, hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc) to track your interactions with our website and emails. HubSpot's privacy policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
We also use Apollo.io to manage business-to-business outreach. If you are a business contact, your professional contact information (such as name, job title, company, and business email address) may be stored in Apollo.io. Apollo.io's privacy policy: https://www.apollo.io/privacy-policy.
