A Skills Bootcamp is short, government-funded training that moves you into a new digital role in weeks rather than years. Every Skills Bootcamp we run is open to adults aged 19 and over, is delivered part-time around work, and ends with a guaranteed offer of a job interview.
Skills Bootcamps are free or heavily subsidised training courses, designed with employers and funded by the Department for Education and by combined and local authorities. Three things are true of every one of them.
You must be aged 19 or over
Skills Bootcamps are adult training. From the 2026/27 academic year you can enrol from the day you turn 19, no more waiting for the next academic year, and you need the right to work in the UK.
You are guaranteed a job interview
Complete your Skills Bootcamp and you get a guaranteed offer of a job interview. That guarantee is part of what a Skills Bootcamp is, not an extra we have added.
It fits around your life
Our bootcamps run part-time, one or two days a week over 9 to 13 weeks, and are taught live rather than pre-recorded, so you can train without leaving your job.
It is built for a career change
You do not need a technical background. Bootcamps are designed for career changers, people returning to work, and people who want to move up in the role they already have.
Our funded digital skills courses
These are the four bootcamps we currently run. Each one is a digital skills bootcamp built with employers, taught live by instructors who work in the field, and mapped to the skills businesses are hiring for right now.
Learn the digital tools businesses actually run on, from collaborative workspaces to data visualisation and AI, and bring new ideas to the modern workplace.
Build practical, responsible AI skills you can use from day one. For people from any background who want to work confidently alongside AI rather than around it.
Everything you would expect from a class-leading digital marketing course, with an AI foundation that lets you produce better content in far less time.
Requirements
An interest in a career that requires marketing knowledge
Live, instructor-led teaching. Not pre-recorded videos. You learn with a real instructor and a real cohort, and you can ask a question the moment you are stuck.
Project work, not exam prep. You build things every week. By the end you have work you can show an employer, which is what an interview actually turns on.
Career support all the way to the interview. CV work, interview preparation and introductions to the employers we work with, leading to your guaranteed offer of an interview.
A community that lasts. You keep access to the Tech Educators community after you graduate, alongside everyone who has come through our bootcamps before you.
Who is eligible for a funded place?
Our funded courses are open to adults aged 19 or over. From the 2026/27 academic year you can enrol from the day you turn 19. You need the right to work in the UK and a National Insurance number, and are not already enrolled on other funded training such as an apprenticeship or a Higher Education course.
What you pay depends on your situation rather than the course:
Individuals: fully funded
Free if you live in the funding area and you are changing career, returning to work, or unemployed and ready to work.
Self-employed: fully funded
Free if your business is based in the funding area and you are looking to gain new skills for it.
Employed: your employer contributes
Smaller employers pay 10% of the cost and larger employers 30%, where the workplace is in the funding area.
Most of our bootcamps are delivered live online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK, and some cohorts also run on campus. Funded places, though, are tied to where you live or work. These are the areas with funding right now, and each page shows what is currently funded there.

Verified Tech Educators course graduates
Notion - I was able to build a new portfolio website for myself. I also built a few different pages as part of my interview process for job applications - which was very effective. Figma and Canva which I use all the time in my daily life now. Overall the course was hugely beneficial to me and I am very grateful I was able to do it. Thank you.

Catherine Connor
Digital Marketing with AI Graduate
I recently completed a Leadership and Management in AI and Digital Transformation course with Tech Educators, strengthening my ability to lead modern, people centred change in complex environments. The programme deepened my understanding of AI, data driven decision making and responsible innovation, while sharpening my skills in digital leadership, organisational design and culture change. I now bring a clear, informed perspective on how emerging technologies can enhance the NHS workforce and support adaptive, collaborative, future ready ways of working.
