Learner Privacy Notice

This notice covers the information we hold about you once you enrol on one of our courses. It explains what we collect for funded provision, what we share with the Department for Education, funding bodies and awarding organisations, the lawful basis for each purpose, and how long we keep it.

Every learner receives the full notice as part of enrolment. If you would like a copy before you enrol, or have a question about how your information is handled as a learner, email our Data Protection Lead at ku.oc.srotacudehcet@ycavirp and we will send it to you.
