A FREE day of gaming, friendship and fun for 11–16 year olds — Thursday 20th August, 10:00–15:00 at King's Lynn Library.
Whether you're a console pro, a first-time gamer or just here for the free snacks and good company, everyone's welcome. Bring your enthusiasm — we'll bring the tech, the games and the goodies.

What to expect
A full day of gaming on the latest tech, with something for every level — from fast-paced multiplayer to all time classics. No experience needed, no kit to bring, and no cost at all. Just turn up, dive in, and make some new friends along the way.
Made for everyone
This is a relaxed, welcoming space, whatever your gaming experience, background or ability. Our team is there to make sure everyone feels included and has a great day, with a quieter corner on hand if anyone needs a breather from the action.

We know it matters who's looking after your young person for the day. Tech Educators is an Ofsted Strong Standard education provider, every member of staff is DBS-checked and there's always a named leader on-site throughout the session. King's Lynn Borough Council is proud to partner and support the day too.
Fuelled up and ready to play
Free food and soft drinks are provided throughout the day — just let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we'll make sure they're covered.

Location: Level 2Yes. All young people wishing to participate must have a completed registration form. Due to capacity limits, we are unable to accept walk-ins on the day.
Attendees should arrive to register at 10:00 on Thursday 20 August on the ground floor of King's Lynn Library. The Tech Educators team will be there to welcome you and answer any questions. Parents and carers are welcome to stay if their child would benefit from support while settling in.
Collection will take place from Level 2 of King's Lynn Library.
The registration form asks whether your young person is permitted to arrive and leave independently, or whether they will be dropped off and collected by a named adult.
Tech Educators is an Ofsted-registered provider, and every member of staff has an enhanced DBS check.

A qualified first aider will be on site throughout the day. If your child becomes unwell or needs to leave early, we will contact you using the details provided on the registration form.
We may take photos and videos during the event to share on our website and social media channels. You'll be asked for your consent on the registration form. If you'd prefer your child not to be photographed or filmed, simply let us know, and we'll ensure they are not included in any photos or videos.
Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to the staff running the event. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for safeguarding purposes.
