HackEd Norwich 2026

HackEd returned to Duke Street Riverside, home of the very first HackEd, in February 2026, and it was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you to every student, mentor, judge and sponsor who made it happen.
120 students spent three days building “Design for Good” projects designed to make a positive impact on the Norfolk community. Every team was supported by a technical mentor and a business mentor from local industry.
The results speak for themselves: 96.6% of students rated the event positively, and 82.8% said HackEd is going straight on their CV.

A home for HackEd
Duke Street Riverside is part of Norwich University of the Arts, a vibrant riverside space designed to bring people together, spark ideas and encourage collaboration.
It's a natural fit for HackEd: a place where students can work alongside industry mentors, share ideas and turn them into something real.

I can honestly say this event has been one of the most meaningful and impactful events I have attended as an educator. Three days of fast paced, perfectly gauged challenge, support and guidance.
