When we sat around the table, we always asked each other what was the mission of Tech Educators. I said at the time it was to support one person into a career in an industry they loved. A simple goal.
I think my next post will talk in detail about the mission. I have skirted around it quite a bit, but I really want to get it down on paper. So look out for that.
Today isn't about that though, it is to celebrate the news that Patrick, one of the students joining our first cohort of our web3 bootcamp landing a job with Boson Protocol.
I cannot say this is because of anything else but the fact that Patrick is incredibly talented, extremely determined and put himself in the position to land this job. What it does mean though is we now have an awesome web3 bootcamp grad, who will continue to be part of our community here working remotely in web3. Doing a job he loves.
When I write that piece on what our goals are for Tech Educators, it's great to know we can set the bar a bit higher already.
Go well Patrick!
